Are there side effects?

The procedure can also be performed in combination with microneedling, expect, redness, mild swelling on the treatment area. Allow about 24-48 hours downtime.

When should sutures be removed?

This depends on the part of the body and how the wound is healing. If you’re unsure, we can assess this for you. Usually, the treating doctor or surgeon would advice you on when the suture should be removed. Most sutures are usually removed about 14 days after the procedure.

Does it hurt?

Most people feel little more than a mild pulling sensation. We take a gentle approach to keep discomfort to a minimum.

Yes. As long as the wound is healing nicely, the sutures can be removed from anywhere.
